Pursuant to the Executive Order issued by New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo regarding COVID-19, Masjid Isa Ibn Maryam is temporarily closed to public congregational prayers until the emergency order has been lifted. 

During the month of Ramadan this year, the masjid will remain closed to public prayers. Both Jumm’a (Friday) and evening Taraweeh (Ramadan) public prayers will not take place until further notice.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and assess the best course of action for our community’s health while staying in compliance with Islamic jurisprudence and local laws. Please continue to pray at home, and observe social distancing and safety measures in public. We look forward to re-opening once the emergency has concluded.
