Masjid Isa Ibn Maryam is rooted in community and strives to meet the socio-religious needs of the ever-growing community by facilitating an array of educational and community enrichment programs. Alongside the Five daily prayers and weekly Friday service, Masjid Isa Ibn Maryam offers beautiful opportunities of learning, engaging, community building, youth programming, interfaith, outreach & much more!

Masjid Isa Ibn Maryam was built with the intention of fostering qualities of leadership and growth in our youth, therefore, alongside our very robust schedule of youth programs, Masjid Isa Ibn Maryam is home to of welcoming community members regardless of all faiths.

Mission Statement

To provide a place of worship, religious and community services for Muslims where non-Muslims are also welcome to learn about Islam in an atmosphere of peace, tolerance, and understanding.

Goal

Our goal has been to build a place of worship that serves as the community center for a diverse group of immigrant and local Muslims representing over 30 countries; to build a beautiful landmark in the city of Syracuse NY which hosts expats from no fewer than 70 countries; to build a place where Syracuse and neighboring residents could convene and to build bridges of understanding and love towards other fellow human beings and to celebrate the diversity of the city and the congregation of Masjid Isa; to construct not just a building but a center for human networking, promotion of family values, free education for all but specifically for the girls and for the underprivileged, and to build a masjid that advances athleticism, diversity, talent development, and community engagement.
