Mission Statement

To provide a place of worship, religious and community services for Muslims where non-Muslims are also welcome to learn about Islam in an atmosphere of peace, tolerance, and understanding.

Goal

Our goal is to create a Masjid that serves as both a place of worship and a vibrant community center for Muslims from Syracuse and beyond. We aim to:

  • Serve a diverse congregation, representing over 30 countries, and welcome expats from 70+ nations.
  • Build a beautiful landmark in Syracuse that celebrates the city’s diversity and the unity of our community.
  • Provide a space where residents of Syracuse and neighboring areas can come together, fostering understanding, love, and connection among all people.
  • Establish a center for education, family values, and personal growth, offering free learning opportunities, with special focus on girls and the underprivileged.
  • Promote athleticism, talent development, and community engagement, creating programs that inspire and uplift everyone.

Our mission is not just to construct a building, but to build a hub of faith, learning, and service — a Masjid that strengthens community bonds and celebrates the diversity of our congregation.
