The Importance Of True Tawba With Allah

December 30, 2018 by admin

In the last post we spoke about when you become honest with Allah (swt), Allah will fulfill our wish.

Today, we’re going to mention a story of a man who made a fake repentance with Allah and didn’t keep his promise with Allah (swt).

Mansoor ibn Ammar said: I had a friend who was very abusive on himself and then repented, and I used to see him a lot doing worship and defamation, so I haven’t seen him for days.

I been told that: he is sick. I went to his house, his daughter came out and said: Who do you want? I said: So, so and then I entered and found him in the middle of the house, lying on his bed, his face blackened, his eyes gleamed, and his lips grew thicker.

I said to him and I am afraid of him: my brother increase of saying there is no god but Allah, and he opened his eyes and looked at me, and he lost consciousness.

Then I said to him the second time: my brother increase of saying there is no god but Allah and then said it the third time: He opened his eyes and said, “My brother Mansour, a barrier has been put between me and this word.

I said: There is no power but God Almighty, and then I said to him: O brother, where is that prayer and fasting and Tahjd that you used to do, he said:

This was for for Allah and my repentance was false, but I did that, so people can say about me and to remember me. And I was doing that as a hypocrisy of people, if I went home and were by myself, closed the door, windows and drink alcohol, and fought my Lord by these sins.

And I continued on this situation for some period of time then got ill. I called my daughter to bring me the Quran and said:

Oh God, In the sake of this great Quran, only if you have cured me, I promise you that I ‘ll never go back to sin.

And when I was cured I went back to what I had been of pleasure and pleasure and the devil made me forget the covenant that was between me and my Lord.

I continued on this situation for some period of time until I got ill and were about to die. I called my family and asked them to take me to the middle of the house.

As usual, I asked for Quran, read it and raised it with my hands my made a supplication to Allah and said:

O Allah, for the sake of the sanctity of what is in this Quran, If you have cured me, I promise you that I’lll never go back to sin.

Allah accepted my prayer and cured me from what I been suffering from, then I returned to what I had been doing of pleasure and sings again then I got ill with this illness.

I called my family and asked them to take me to the middle of the house as you see me now, then I made dua’a with Quran to read it, but I didn’t see a single letter!

I knew that God Almighty was angry at me and I lifted my head to the sky and said:

O Allah, for the sake of the sanctity of what is in this Quran, If you have cured me, I promise you that I’lll never go back to sin. O the might of earth and heaves.

Then I heard something like a caller saying to me:

تتوب عن الــذنوب إذا مرضتـــا وترجع للذنــوب إذا برئتـــا| فكـم من كـربة نجاك منهـــا وكم گشف البلاء إذا بليتــــا | أما تخشي بأن تأتي المنايا وأنت على الخطايا قد دهیتا

Repent for sins if you are ill and return to sins when you cured, How many of the sins that Allah rescued you from and how many time removed the scourge from you. Don’t you fear if death comes to you and you are on your sins.

Said Mansour bin Ammar: I left him and my eyes full to tears, once I reached the door step, I been told that he died.

Be Sincere Toward Allah, Allah Will Fulfill Your Wish

December 30, 2018 by admin

How many of us had difficult situations in life and made sincere prayer to Allah (swt) and the response came blazing fast? I just want you to sit, relax and thing of these past situations. Yet, most of us forget the provision of Allah (swt) on us.V

When you are truly sincere and honest with Allah in your dua’a, then the acceptance of dua’a will come soon. Be honest with Allah so Allah trust you.

Today’s story about a pregnant woman who’s her husband were outside of the city for some reason. The woman is from a very poor family, but she is know as a God Fearing person.

The mother is telling her story: “One night, me, my new born daughter and my father spent the night with no dinner. The daughter’s body temperature raised really high”.

She adds “I was doing the following to treat her”:

  • Put wet rugs on her forehead and body to bring the temperature down
  • Pray 2 Ruka’a
  • Finish my prayer, make new wet rug for my daughter and pray again.

The Unexpected Visit

Someone was knocking their door around 2:00 am. She says: “My father went really quick to the door to see who is knocking their door at such late time! I put my Hijab on and followed my father”.

The mother’s father is asking the knocker: “Who is this?”. The knocker replays: “It’s me the DOCTOR!”.

What a shock! They opened the door and the doctor immediately said: “Where is the SICK Baby?”.

They guided him to the room. When the doctor diagnosed the baby and wrote a prescription for her, he went at the doorstep of the house and waited.

One minute past, one more minute, a few more minutes, and the mother were shy to shut the door as he was still waiting at the doorstep.

Finally, the doctor looks the at mother and say: “O sister, hurry up please”. The sister replies: “Yes doctor, but what you really asking for?”. The doctor says: “The price of the visit”.

The mother says: “I swear to Allah that we have no money to pay for the visit.” The doctor says: “Don’t you feel shamed to call me on the phone and wake me up at 1:30 am to come see your baby and you have no money to pay me?!”

The mother says: “I’m so sorry doctor, but we even don’t have a phone in this house”.

This shocked him and said: “Wait a minute, isn’t this the house of family?”. The mother responses: ” That’s our neighbor’s house NEXT door!”.

The Reward Of Honesty with Allah

The doctor realized the situation and asked them for a permission to get inside of their house to listen to their story. The doctor said to the mother: “I swear by Allah, that he only made me leave the house just for you and for your daughter”.

The mother cried. The doctor went to get the medications for the daughter and brought with him a dinner for the family and granted them a monthly income from his own wealth.

This is the power of being honest with Allah.

This is a real story from our time, however we’re going to mention the following story between Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) and a man among Bedouins in this authentic hadith.

The Hadith

It was narrated from Shaddad bin Al-Had that: a man from among the Bedouins came to the Prophet and believed in him and followed him, then he said: “I will emigrate with you.” The Prophet told one of his Companions to look after him. During one battle the Prophet got some prisoners as spoils of war, and he distributed them, giving him (that Bedouin) a share. His Companions gave him what had been allocated to him. He had been looking after some livestock for them, and when he came they gave him his share. He said: “What is this?” They said: “A share that the Prophet has allocated to you.” He took it and brought it to the Prophet and said: “What is this?” He said: “I allocated it to your.” He said: “It is not for this that I follwed you. Rather I followed you so that I might be shot her – and he pointed to his throat – with an arrow and die and enter Paradise.” He said: “If you are sincere toward Allah, Allah will fulfill your wish.” Shortly after that they got up to fight the enemy, then he was brought to the Prophet; he had pointed to. The Prophet said: “Is it him?” They said: “yes.” He said: “He was sincere toward Allah and Allah fulfilled his wish.” Then the Prophet shrouded him in his own cloak and out him in front of him and offered the (funeral) prayer for him. During his supplication he said: “O allah, this is Your sloave who went out as a emigrant (Muhajir) for your sake and was killed as a martyr; I am a witness to that.: (Sahih) .
